With influences rooted in Pop, R&B, and hints of folk, NARA has been iconic in delivering a fresh sound to the northern music scene. A proud 2nd generation Filipina-Canadian born and raised in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, NARA hails from a culture where music sits at the heart of self-expression.

After releasing her debut single "Miss Too Good" in early 2021, NARA continues to create music echoing themes of love, heartbreak, and everything in between. NARA has been a selected artist for stages such as the Calgary Stampede Talent Search, Folk on the Rocks Music Festival, Snowking Winter Festival, and most recently, Breakout West 2022. A solo artist typically accompanied by her guitar and pedals, NARA's repertoire ranges from soul/R&B to dream-folk and soft pop.
